MS. ISABEL VALDIVIA
PARTNER
Ms. Valdivia is co-founder of Dendera Group. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources having worked with start-up companies as well as publicly traded entities. Prior to founding Dendera, Ms. Valdivia was Director of Human Resources at Autobytel. Ms. Valdivia manages both the Human Resources Consulting and Insurance Services divisions of Dendera HR & Benefits.
Ms. Valdivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the California State University in Los Angeles. She received the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Ms. Valdivia is also a licensed group health benefits broker. |

MR. VICTOR MENA
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
Mr. Mena has over two decades of human resources experience, including occupational safety and workers' compensation administration. He has held top level HR & Safety positions with an array of organizations in diverse applications. Prior to consulting for Dendera, Mr. Mena founded HR & Safety Compliance, Inc. Mr. Mena's experience includes functioning as the HR Director for private sector companies, including the aerospace, manufacturing, food processing, and textiles industries, as well as some public agencies. He is also well known for his rapid response time, and for mingling a little levity with HR information.
Mr. Mena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Mena has been awarded the WCCA designation in Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration from The Insurance Educational Association.

MR. KEVIN MCDONALD
PARTNER
Mr. McDonald is one of the co-founders of the Dendera Group. He has 20 years experience consulting in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to founding Dendera, he worked for Oracle Corporation and Treasury Services Corporation. During this time Mr. McDonald specialized in designing, selling and implementing profitability and reporting systems for large financial services firms. Mr. McDonald leads a separate division of Consulting Services for Dendera and manages the operations of Dendera HR & Benefits.
Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
